Hand grinding to a buff surface. This differs from sandblasting in
the following ways:
Every edge is defined rather than rounded
The surface will not absorb oil from the hands
Time consuming
The buffed surface results in a delicate satin like
surface. Another elegant touch is the discrete application of gold
leaf to an inner surface. |
